BitSculptor President Eric Schlange to Speak at General Baptist Mission & Ministry Summit in Indiana this Weekend

Eric Schlange, BitSculptor's founder and president, has been asked to speak at the upcoming Mission & Ministry Summit in Evansville, IN. This is a three-day summit featuring workshops on a variety of ministry-related topics. Eric will be presenting two different workshops over the three days.

"The Seven Deadly Sins of Church Websites" will focus the seven most important mistakes to avoid on your church website. Make any one of these mistakes and your web site is doomed…but if you can avoid them then you’re well on your way to a righteous web site!

"Using Your Website to Grow Your Church" is a realistic look at strategies you can use today to grow your church in numbers and maturity using the Internet’s tools and capabilities. We’ll cover the use of e-mail, church Web sites, social networking sites such as Facebook, and more.

The Mission & Ministry Summit is the largest annual gathering of General Baptist leaders. BitSculptor was asked to participate based on our close relationship with the denomination, having built several websites for General Baptist churches, as well as the site for the denomination's National Missions ministry.

BitSculptor relocating to 901 South Main in Lakeport, CA

August 15, 2005

After nearly four years at our present location, BitSculptor's offices will be moving a short distance south to 901 South Main in Lakeport, CA effective October 1, 2005. We encourage our local customers to stop in and say hello!

Why the Relocation?
To put it simply, we have outgrown our current office space. Our new office is nearly 10 times the size of the current BitSculptor office, giving us room for anticipated growth and client meetings.

What About Our Web Hosting?
Many of our web hosting clients have asked us if the move will affect their web hosting services in any way. The short answer is "no." We colocate our web hosting servers with a server farm in Seattle, and our moving does not in any way affect the web servers which run our sites.

How Do We Contact You During the Move?
The best way to contact us during the move (during the last few days of September) is via email--simply send a message to contact@bitsculptor.com. If you need to talk on the phone, our main phone line (707-263-5241) should stay up during the entire move. If you can't get through on the land line, please call the mobile phone at (707) 245-6611.

What's Going To Happen Next?
BitSculptor has been expanding during the last year, and we anticipate more growth in the future. As more specialized workers come on board, our overall product and service quality increases. With more office space, strong partnerships, and a full-time dedication to our clients needs we are now in a position to deliver better solutions than ever before. Watch for new service offerings as we begin to focus on the key needs of our clientele.

BitSculptor joins local Lakeport Chamber of Commerce.

BitSculptor relocation plans announced

April 10, 2001

We will be relocating our main offices to Lakeport, CA on May 21st, 2001. The new office location will be:

  375 S. Main St.
  Lakeport, CA 95453

A satellite office will be maintained in Peoria via our telecommuting workers who will be able to meet with local clients.

Why the Relocation?
Eric Schlange, the founder of BitSculptor, is graduating on May 19th, 2001, with a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from Bradley University. He hails from Northern California, and thus desires to continue the business in this location.

What About Our Web Hosting?
Many of our web hosting clients have asked us if the move will affect their web hosting services in any way. The short answer is "no." We outsource our web hosting, and our moving does not in any way affect the web servers which run our sites.

BitSculptor and MDC Media of San Francisco announce alliance.

December 10, 2000

MDC Media and BitSculptor will be teaming up to produce web sites and accompanying marketing materials to deliver a "complete marketing package" to clients. MDC Media will specialize in marketing, sales, project management, and design, while BitSculptor will handle the bulk of the development and web hosting services.
