Country Air Property Management (CAPM), a division of Country Air Properties, manages rental properties throughout Lake County.
Project Details
As a property management company, CAPM's profitability is most dependant on two key factors: first, they must have rental properties to manage; second, those properties must be rented by reliable rentors. This web site was developed to attract new rental property owners, and to serve as an interface to allow potential rentors to find and apply for a rental.
All rental data is managed through custom content management tools which allow CAPM staff to easily edit the list of available rental properties. One property can be featured on the front page, allowing it to get rented more quickly. A basic search form on the front page lets visitors search available rentals by city, price, and the number of bedrooms/bathrooms.
Rental addresses are integrated with Google maps, allowing visitors to see a county-wide map of available rentals. The map can be easily zoomed and panned, and clicking on a map point will pop up an information window about that particular rental property.
