AGM is a property management company specializing in both residential and commercial properties.
Project Details
Along with a fresh site design, AGM was looking for simple yet robust system for maintaining their available property listings online. They also wanted to allow potential renters to easily submit an online application in a secure manner.
BitSculptor built a custom listings management system, allowing AGM staff to easily edit text and photos for listings. Simple, powerful search tools were also developed, allowing visitors to search listings by any combination of location, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, and property type. Visitors can also browse the available rentals map which is integrated with Google maps to provide a complete view of available rentals county-wide.
A secure online application form was also developed, allowing visitors to apply for rentals online. Information is saved so future applications are as simple as logging into an account and re-submitting the application for a particular property.
